Do you have students who struggle with frustration tolerance and outbursts of anger?
Does excessive worry and anxiety hold some of your students back from learning?
Would you love to see your students being more kind to one another?
Do some of your students have poor focus and stamina when faced with challenging tasks?
Studies show that children and teens who practice mindfulness are more likely to be kind, perform better academically, have less stress and anxiety, more self-control, improved focus and less depression. As a certified mindfulness coach, Dr. Bashant uses the evidence-based Mindful Schools curriculum to introduce this superpower to students and teachers in the classroom setting.
If you would like to bring the power of mindfulness to students in your school, we have an affordable, evidence-based curriculum delivered virtually to individual classrooms or school-wide. We use Zoom Meeting Room to deliver live sessions to schools all over the world.
What does the package include?
Dr. Bashant leads 2, 15-minute lessons per week for 8 weeks to complete the 16 lesson curriculum. The package includes live sessions delivered online for groups of 4 classrooms.
The classroom teachers are given resources and activities that can be incorporated throughout the day to help their students practice mindfulness.
Each student receives a workbook and journal with activities and reflective exercises that support each of the lessons. These can be completed in school or at home.
